What is Transavia's (HV) Unaccompanied Minor Service?

Young children travelling without a parent or guardian are considered Unaccompanied Minors. Unaccompanied minors must be escorted to the airport, and their escort must wait at the airport until the flight has departed. The child will be escorted to and from the aircraft by a Transavia ground crew member, and will be attended to onboard by a Transavia cabin crew member. The child must be met in their destination by someone 16 or older.

What age does my child have to be to qualify as an Unaccompanied Minor (UM)?

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service is mandatory for children ages 5 to 11, and may be requested for children ages 12 to 15. The service cannot be requested for children 16 and older.

What are the fees associated with this service?

The service costs EUR 50 per flight.

How can I reserve this service?

Tickets must be bought through the Service Center, and can be purchased up to 48 hours prior to departure. After making the reservation, you must fill out this form and print five copies.
