Just a normal turbo prop super small plane that actually just should be an private jet. But well... Czech Airlines is just an not-so-friendly-airliner. It brings you from a to b without much service. They are friendly tho, if you are flying business class. tho 2, there is none in this aircraft.

Overhead storage is small in this aircraft, be prepared to have your baggage taken to the cargo bay at the entrance, even though it is IATA size compliant. My seat was in the last row and the small overhead space was full with printed material and other service related items so even for my laptop I had to find a safe place elsewhere. The attendatns were not willing to help at all, they suggested to put laptop on the floor, below the seat in front of me. Audio announcements are barely audible in tha last row. However the crew seated in the galley area is chatting loudly during all flight and you will hear them loud and clear from row 13. Passengers were not being offered any food or beverages at all. Not even a glass of water. We could buy snacks and drinks from the staff. All seats were occupied but not a single person has purchased anything. An attendant has just paraded with her trolley alog whole aisle, preceded by another one folding menu/pricelist unfolded in front of her. Then they stored the trolley back to the closed and returned to chatting. I really will try to avoid Czech Airlines net time, even for short connection. How much a glass of water (well, even a glass of wine) costs compared to ticket price?
