Airline Overview
The island nation of Vanuatu's flag carrier, Air Vanuatu (NF) operates from a hub at Bauerfield International Airport (VLI) in Port Vila. The airline was founded in 1981. Air Vanuatu operates with Boeing 737-800 and ATR 72 aircraft. Domestic island routes include service to the provinces of Malampa, Penama, Shefa, Tafea and Torba. International routes include service to Australia, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, and Solomon Islands. Air Vanuatu also has codeshare agreements on certain routes with Qantas (QF).
