Carry-On Allowance: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. You must be able to lift your carry-on into the overhead storage without assistance. All carry-on bags must adhere to the following requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 45 linear in/115 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 22 lb/10 kg

CPAP Devices:
Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) may be carried on board Aeromexico flights, provided they meet all necessary requirements for the flight time and route concerned. For more information about specific models that are allowed, please contact the airline. Passengers must arrive at the airport one hour before the required check-in time for all other passengers, and provide a Physician’s Statement by your treating physician for a period no longer than 20 days prior to departure,confirming that they are fit to fly and that their POC is FAA approved. The device must be in good condition; otherwise, it will not be permitted on board for security reasons.
